Cardio Tennis

What a great workshop provided by Tennis West for Tennis Australia members!
While it is intended for the Cardio Tennis to work as a 1 hour program for Adults - I got more out of it that that!
It is a fantastic way for young parents, men & women aged 20+ to use as a gym/cardio workout for the hour - however, I also believe that many of the drills as well as the concept can be incorporated not only into the Adult Groups currently running, but also the Kids Groups running and look out Private Lessons - you will be working harder!!
Footwork & Fitness is essential to Tennis - this workshop gave me some terrific ideas - so look out all, prepare to work harder!
